Recover-e-Solicitors provides three levels of service aimed at recovering debts at a range of price points:

Free letter warns of legal intervention
Download a letter which prompts the debtor to pay the outstanding debts or risk the matter being referred to Recover-e-solicitors. A direct debit form is included to provide the client with an immediate and easy solution to solve the outstanding debt. This is printed by you on company letterhead and sent to the debtor.

Bronze & Silver: Recover-e-Solicitors sends demand
Bronze $15 (debts less than $350)
Silver $25 (debts more than $350)Should the debt remain outstanding then you may elect to refer the matter to Recover-e-Solicitors. Recover-e-solicitors will send a legal demand letter and a direct debit form to the debtor on the same day as instructions are received.

Gold: Recover-e-Solicitors letter and Agent visit
Gold $99 (debts remain outstanding)
In the event that the debt remains outstanding then you may elect to instruct Recover-e-Solicitors to arrange for a legal demand letter to be sent to the debtor followed immediately by a field agent call to the debtor's premises. The field agent will provide the debtor with a means to immediately settle the debt by way of a direct debit form.
Time to pay never exceeds 12 months (unless client negotiated) and if your company has included a 'recoverable clause' in its original agreement then the debtor will bear the $15/$25/$99 legal letter recovery cost. The system automatically calculates the additional charge and adds it to the re-payment schedule.
Email prompts
The client receives email prompts regarding outstanding debts so that steps are continued to recoup the debt. The system provides for 24 hour live access to check the status of the monies owed.
Litigation
If the pre-litigation process fails to resolve the outstanding account then Recover-e-solicitor’s is armed with the debtor history and can easily and quickly initiate legal proceedings at your request.
At your instruction Recover-e-Solicitors will initiate legal proceedings and limit your costs to the applicable court scale in the event we cannot recover from the debtor.
Recovery Clause
With an enforceable recovery clause you can ensure that the costs of litigation are passed onto your debtor. For a fixed fee Recover-e-Solicitors will review your customer/client credit agreements and ensure that a recoverable clause is included. This provides you with the maximum legal protection and the best opportunity to ensure your recovery cost is repayed.
