Download a letter which prompts the debtor to pay the outstanding debts or risk the matter being referred to Recover-e-Solicitors.

Bronze & Silver: Recover-e-Solicitors sends demand
Bronze $15 +GST (debts less than $350)
Silver $25 +GST (debts more than $350)Should the debt remain outstanding then you may elect to refer the matter to Recover-e-Solicitors. Recover-e-Solicitors will send a legal demand letter and a direct debit form to the debtor on the same day as instructions are received.

Gold: Recover-e-Solicitors letter and Agent visit
Gold $100 +GST
In the event that the debt remains outstanding then you may elect to instruct Recover-e-Solicitors to arrange for a legal demand letter to be sent to the debtor followed immediately by a field agent call to the debtor's premises. The agent provides you with a detailed report of what took place on the visit.
Email prompts
The client receives email prompts regarding outstanding debts so that steps are continued to recoup the debt. The system provides for 24 hour live access to check the status of the monies owed.
Litigation
If the pre-litigation process fails to resolve the outstanding account then Recover-e-Solicitor's is armed with the debtor history and can easily and quickly initiate legal proceedings at your request.
At your instruction Recover-e-Solicitors will initiate legal proceedings.
Recovery Clause
With an enforceable recovery clause you can ensure that the costs of litigation are passed onto your debtor. For a fixed fee Recover-e-Solicitors will review your customer/client credit agreements and ensure that a recoverable clause is included. This provides you with the maximum legal protection and the best opportunity to ensure your recovery cost is repayed.
